Yumm!! What I like most about the veggie chutney is the high acidity that makes every dish taste “bright” and that the visible veggies make me feel like I’m eating both a sauce and a veggie side dish at the same time.
This is my partner’s favorite. He just added some to a [very non-traditional] quesadilla.
This has a wonderful level of spice. It tastes a little spicier to me than the chicken chutney, despite being a lower spice rating.
